Position Summary
Homemade Design is seeking an
entrepreneurially minded sales professional with the potential
to run a business within our business. The Director of
Partner Development will work closely with the VP Sales and
Marketing to lead the development and execution of a new Channel
for Homemade Design in which value added relationships with
Realty, Mortgage and Moving Services oriented partners across
the country result in the gifting for free interior design to
homebuyers.
Primary Responsibilities

Evaluate and engage potential partners
to establish a win/win marketing alliances

Ensure successful on boarding of new
partners
-
Manage and maintain partner
relationships as necessary to optimize key partnership
performance metrics
Required Qualifications
-
Ability to establish and manage win/win
client-partner relationships
-
Skills: prospecting, cold calling,
deal-making, value added selling, relationship building
-
Knowledge and/or an existing network of
Realty oriented professionals a plus

Must be extremely internet savvy and
consistently log all partner interactions in Salesforce.com
an online CRM tool

Ability to work remotely from an
existing home office

Candidates based in Boston are
